EPEC UL 891 Certified Switchboards (SWBD) power more than 1GW of data centers and utility-grade solar farms. Tier 1 developers, engineers, and EPC's have validated their unmatched performance and reliability in challenging environments.
EPEC’s SWBD family is custom-built, ranging from 400A to 6000A and supporting voltages from 208VAC to 800VAC. The SWBD's are UL 891 certified, built in North Carolina, and have industry-leading ETAs of 16 weeks (1200A RPP) and 24 weeks (4000A & 6000A modular SWBD). They feature an innovative, compact design that delivers exceptional value and has garnered praise from top engineers and developers.
EPEC 800A-6000A Modular SWBD (208-800VAC)

Designed from the ground up for data center applications, the modular designs let you add sections as needed. For example, multiple main sections (M-T-M) up to 6000A. GenSET, feeder sections, controls… Its modular design ensures it can meet your data center needs now and in the future.



EPEC 800-4000A SWBD (208-800VAC)
(lead time 24 weeks with room to expedite)
Available with a Main Breaker or Main Lug only, it was designed from the ground up for demanding applications. Available in NEMA 1 or NEMA 3R. Expedited options are available.


Remote Power Panel (RPP)
(lead time 22 weeks)
Available from 200-1600A, with up to 1600A bus to power the data center racks. MLO or MCCB Single, Dual, or Dual source and allows up to (45) poles of circuit breakers (single or three phase), 200% neutral, in a small footprint.


EPEC Power Distribution Unit (PDU)
Power your data center with precision and reliability with EPEC PDU. Available up to 1250kVA (up to 600VAC) with feeder sizes between 150A and 800A. They arrive with flexible configurations for enclosure types, bus materials, breaker layouts, & metering packages. Advanced monitoring integration allows a seamless integration with the customer EPMS/BMS system via Modbus or BACnet for real-time performance tracking.

EPEC AC Aux Distribution Panel 250-600A (208-600VAC)
(Lead time 12-16 weeks)
UL Certified AC auxiliary distribution panels designed and manufactured for distributing power to HVAC and lighting loads in BESS applications. Main breaker or MLO options with 50kAIC@ 480VAC. These panels are thermally engineered for demanding applications, utilize electronic trips &/or TKM MCCBs, and are physically oversized for installation/cable flexibility.

Line Reactors for Mission Critical Applications (UPS/BESS)
Custom 3-phase dry-type Low Voltage or Medium Voltage Line Reactor for mission-critical data center applications. They are 100% American-made and custom-engineered to your specs up to 45kV with a 22–24-week lead time. Given the long lead time and high cost of Static Transfer Switches, these line reactors are an elegant alternative.


EPEC XFMR/SWBD SKIDS
We also offer custom XFMR/SWBD skids, with the SWBD close-coupled to the MVT. Industry leaders prefer these modularized skids because they can enhance project QA/QC and streamline construction timelines, which saves you time and money.
